Our engagements with clients and workers are governed by written agreements that take precedence over these terms where they differ.
Axiom Data is the trading name of Ontology Analytics Pty Ltd (ABN 36 653 416 856), a company registered in the Australian Capital Territory. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to that company. References to "the site" are to axiomdata.com.au and every page under it, including the careers board at axiomdata.com.au/careers. Our software products, including Siggy, have their own terms that apply to their users.
You may use the site for lawful purposes connected with learning about our services, contacting us, reading our published material and applying for roles. You must not use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to scrape or harvest personal information, to submit false or misleading information, or in any way that interferes with its operation or infringes anyone's rights. We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.
The material on the site, including blog posts, case studies and policies, is general information about our business and our views. It is not professional advice on your circumstances and you should not rely on it as such. We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, free of errors, or that the site will be available without interruption. Information about roles on the careers board is provided by the relevant government buyer and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
When you apply for a role through the careers board or otherwise send us your details, you confirm that:
We submit a candidate to a client only with the candidate's express consent for that specific opportunity. We do not charge candidates any fee for an application, assessment or placement.
Messages sent through the contact form or by email are not confidential until we have agreed in writing to treat them as such. Please do not send security-classified or commercially sensitive material through the website. A reply from us to an enquiry is not an agreement to provide services; our services are provided only under a written engagement.
Advisory, engineering and labour-hire services are provided under a written agreement with the client, which may be a Commonwealth contract formed through the Digital Marketplace or another panel, or a direct services agreement. That agreement, not these terms, governs the services, including scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance.
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, code and the Axiom Data and Siggy names and marks, are owned by or licensed to Ontology Analytics Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international law. You may view, download and print pages for your personal or internal business use, and you may share links to the site. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt, publish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission. Third-party marks on the site belong to their owners.
The site links to third-party websites, including government procurement portals, our products and our social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
